I drew this for my mom for Christmas. I’m looking forward to getting my hands in more clay this year. I love that I have been into drawing though.

Prismacolor drawing I did this past fall of the plant sedum. This is a species that blooms in the fall in New England. This is in the budding phase. I chose to over saturate and play with the temperature of the color palette, blues and greens are amazing together!

Last April I started drawing with prismacolor pencils on black toned paper. I was immediately hooked! I have been consistently inspired by the shared visual comparisons of nature when viewed at a distance and microscopically.
