It's at a bar, 2. If it's at one of those places that's like outdoors, has a bar, serves burgers, and has a playground (we have a bunch in San Antonio), then 11:30am. Beat the crowd for a good set of tables, get a burger, drink, kids play, you drink, everyone is home whenever they want to be.

He is an extremely popular //Democrat//, wins his district easily, and has been in office two decades. I live here, and I doubt many Democrats in his district care. The crime is somewhat esoteric, and he already easily won once after being accused.

Okay. That's the other way you can sit for the bar in Cali (Texas, too). Honestly as someone who went to a (somewhat top) law school, you probably learn more about the practice of law doing that.

California is famous in the legal community for letting damn near anyone take the bar bc they allow people who went to unaccredited law schools take the exam. And I don't think this is a dunk anyway. You learn the law in law school. The bar exam is irrelevant unless you want to practice.

Depends on why it happened. Bad piloting or piloting in an illegal area? Operator. Malfunctioning drone? Manufacturer. Malfunctioning bc the owner didn't maintain the drone properly? Owner.

Which AI related deaths were caused by the AI? I'm only aware of suicides, and telling someone "kill yourself" doesn't make you guilty of murder. How does AI change this?
I only know of one case where a person got charged for this. Adult woman bullying a teen for months with suicide as the goal.
