You’re using Wayland then? If so can you confirm to me if Vivaldi on Wayland has its video pip feature working?

What I really liked about SWAT with Shemar Moore, is the show’s focus was on taking down bad guys, brotherhood among comrades, loyalty, respect, action, politics, and displaying a wholly unrealistic scope of SWAT’s duties

It never devolved into script written by horny housewives or adolescent teens

I turned to my wife watching the show with me, and I asked her what Angela had done for the investigations so far and it.. it’s nothing. Just being a drama queen. So why is she at work other than to steal company time

Like right now I’m watching an episode of Bones, there’s a staff member, Angela. Since the start of this season she’s contributed exactly NOTHING to the teams efforts, except distracting everyone with marriage talk, kissing other men, and breaking up with people, and being a net negative.

Despite Americans being quite prudish to public discussion of sex, these shows would have you believe they can’t stop talking about it 24/7 to anybody with an ear hole that can hear them
January 6, 2026 at 10:31 PM
Eventually these shows devolve into nothing but discussions of sex lives, sexual conquests, sexperiences, who’s having sex with who, why and where they’re having sex, and the POINT of the show just becomes background dressing to sex talk.

I've also been thinking the same thing, after spending 30 years of my life trying to avoid it, I'm feeling oddly compelled to really dive in and give it a go

Have you tried closing your eyes and sleeping yet?

I jest I jest

I accurately have a bit of the opposite problem, I’m finding it way too easy to pass out these days, and it’s destroying a ton of productivity time and driving me actually insane

I’ve been way too much of hypocrite shouting from my soapbox about de-centralization of the internet and to focus on personal and fan websites again while treating things like FXBI like an addiction only to really be addicted to it myself 🙄

Part of my goal of 2026 is developing my personal site kyleharrison.dev to be my new central hub instead of scattering everything around

My problem is I’m spoiled as far as ease of authoring is concerned with always-ready mobile-enabled tools that I’m way too uninterested in recreating just for me
