Something noteworthy about these scruffy Dem populist candidates (Platner, Sage, Osborn, El Sayed) they all have very detailed policy platforms.

Meanwhile the DSCC's favorites - Cooper, Pappas, Stevens, Brown, Ossoff - don't have a single issue or policy page on their websites
