We took so many of the photos like this. I realise I resemble nothing so much as a hobbit who has made a matrimonial commitment to an elven maiden.

I got the Weird Arts Bureaucracy Hyperfixation (tm) and have generally been pretty good at getting Arts Council England to do what I want (within reason, obvs) so if you need any help, let me know!
