This isn't the 1980s when foreign news was hard to get. Since 1995, international news with better track records than the US (e.g. CBC, Guardian, Le Monde, etc.) were readily available. Most countries read other countries' news, but americans won't, wrongly assuming their is "factual".

This isn't the 1980s when foreign news was hard to get. Since 1995, international news with better track records than the US (e.g. CBC, Guardian, Le Monde, etc.) were readily available. Most countries read other countries' news, but americans won't, wrongly assuming their is "factual".
