As a kid myself, I understood it as the fish being institutionalized (via the 9-5 grind) and not able to enjoy life outside that institutionalization. Only through working adulthood would I truly come to get it.

A dear friend talked me out of this and suggested I do an “egg diet”; two eggs for breakfast, two eggs for lunch, etc., as well as a “water day” where I consume nothing but water for just a day — rather than try to replicate this feat, and without the medical supervision Barbieri had at that.

Starting today, I will begin a months-long fast, inspired by the one undertaken by Angus Barbieri between 1965 and 1966.

I will consume nothing but multivitamins, antioxidants, salt/electrolytes, a meager source of protein, and water.

My reasons: health, wealth and figure.

Through my adult life working full-time, I find it only really allows enjoyment through consumption — not creation or edification, because of how much time AND energy is sapped from you.

I was able to relate to this SpongeBob cutaway in the first week of my first full-time job after graduating.

Too much visceral fat can make things like stooping a chore, gives you lower back pain from prolonged standing as a result of lumbar lordosis, and other health considerations.

Also, for economic reasons. Have you seen how expensive food is?

My solution lay in JavaScript: I used an "if else" operation to achieve what I wanted!

Note, however, that a website has not yet been uploaded. The image below is what you'll be greeted with on the homepage once it's completed, which likely won't happen by the end of this year. But this is the crucial first step.

The Kyre Fiskrof emblem as would be featured on my website.

The emblem is a white oblong shape bearing a bindrune of the letters kaunan (ᚲ) and fehu (ᚠ), which "Kyre" and "Fiskrof" begin with respectively; on the top of the central line of the bindrune is an arrow shape, conveying a roof, while on the bottom there is a similar shape conveying a tail of a fish.

Below the emblem is "Kyre Fiskrof" written in the Syncopate font.

This reminds me of the Lystrosaurus mummies found in the Karoo Basin, synapsids like this camel; while they preserve no evident hair, I don’t think absence of evidence is necessarily evidence of absence here — especially in light of hair-like structures found in Permian coprolites.
