Dry powder inhalers are not suitable for some illnesses and in an emergency asthma attack, they can worsen it. The ‘ancient’ ones are very effective at getting airways open, fast w/out complications.

Really important to talk to your doctor or specialist before switching to mist or powder ones.

If they are dry powder inhalers, they are contradicted in some illnesses and not suitable for emergencies.

I do have a pain management and neurology appointment in the next week, will be bringing this up for sure.

Had grand plans to try and walk around my neighbourhood more but uh..I don’t think I’m confident enough without a big neon sign asking ppl not to call an ambulance

My blood pressures been so low I’m now staggering and jerking my head vigorously when standing. It. Sucks. I can’t do anything sitting or standing up: it’s like all the blood drains out of my head

Speaking of my head, I’ve been (accidentally) bonking it on door frames more often too.

Had another bad seizure while having a cuddle with Panzer and I scared him so bad ;;

He did bite me but I refuse to blame him for that

I’m so tired of these seizures. They aren’t even epileptic so I can’t use the typical anti-seizure drugs to control them.

The USA voting system is fundamentally broken. But there’s a way to change it! It’s not entirely hopeless but it will require a lot of work.

I love our (Australian) way of voting. It really feels like a celebration vs a ‘duty’. For our system to work, as you’ve mentioned, we have easy, accessible access to vote, from mail in, to using schools as voting areas and ensuring there’s few delays or picketing by hostile citizens.

I don't think motivating people to move to other platforms to avoid the stupid censorship rules is a good solution. Quite the opposite. There is NO SAFE space for artists nowadays, if we don't fight back this will only get worse and worse

Have you tried not being a contrary, transphobic dork? Or assuming everything is a binary and black and white?

Bluesky is not safe for trans folk. But it’s also not YET at the point of irredeemable abandonment. So we try to save it.
