just listened to danny elfman’s percussion concerto for the first time and it was phenomenal. i’m so glad he’s been writing more classical music because he clearly has the talent for it. he’s like a whimsy shostakovich

i’m so ready for winter break. i already have a mental list of the video games i’m gonna play, the movies i’m gonna watch, and the books i’m gonna read. literally all my time is spent on school so it’ll be nice to actually relax again. just a little over one week left

the reason i got into ghost is kinda funny. the actor of pinhead from hellraiser (doug bradley) is a huge fan and every so often he posts about them on instagram. that piqued my interest for quite a while but didn’t start listening to them until recently. thank you pinhead 🛐

if the nightbreed soundtrack was on spotify it definitely would’ve been in my wrapped. but unfortunately it’s not and spotify doesn’t count local files 🤷🏻♀️
(also it’s one of danny elfman’s best scores so you should listen to it)
