Whitetail and mule deer can mate, but the offspring generally aren't viable. Not that they can't reproduce. They can. They just don't often live long enough to do much of it. Different survival stategies of each species combine badly

The Federal budget estimate for 2025-2026 allocates $342 million for a gun buyback five years in the making. That whole time we never heard about the guns smuggled over the border killing more people every year, til Trump dissed Canada and it was an election cycle.

2/2: I suspect this person is unwell, and do not wish them ill. But this happens A LOT. Usually from people who say they oppose hate and call themselves an ally to many. I could never imagine responding to someone with "poor little black" for example or mocking their sexual orientation.

Starting point for the SKS 7.62x39 hunting load. 123gr Barnes TSX. Lead free ammo is important to me as it takes very little lead exposure to harm scavenging birds like ravens, crows and eagles. 26.5 grains of CFE BLK powder, which produces great velocities and lower pressures.

The legal status of the SKS by this fall is uncertain to say the least, but let's not let that be discouraging. Time to develop some ammo to get this one out hunting deer. 1963-64 produced and used by the Chinese PLA, this early series is in surprisingly good shape.

Tried to help a widow who inherited her husbands guns understand that some of them may be on the list of 2500 that were prohibited in the last few years. Received nothing in return but the most vile insults. People are weird.

This is pretty cool! The article uses "confirms" improperly, as we knew lots of humans have Neanderthal DNA within our genome for quite some time. But a child showing part of both phenotypes is new!

This is pretty cool! The article uses "confirms" improperly, as we knew lots of humans have Neanderthal DNA within our genome for quite some time. But a child showing part of both phenotypes is new!
