The irony of choosing the Ecuadorian consulate is priceless! The US has an agreement to send asylum seekers from other Central and South American countries to Ecuador instead of granting them asylum here.

Thank you for being this to people's attention. One of the main countries DHS is asking to pretermit people to is Honduras. The agreement between the US and Honduras says they will accept 240 people per year. DHS attorneys pretermitted 1300 to Honduras in December alone! The cruelty is the point.

My understanding is the Uganda has REFUSED to take anyone who was not from Africa.

Every Democratic Senator who voted for a Trump judicial nominee should be forced to read this article aloud for their constituents every day. Shame on all of them!

I understand, but it means that this is all a political game. I want my representatives to be better than that. They should oppose Trump’s approach to “justice” and the rule of law.
