What experts? No country on earth, except maybe China or Israel, have air defences that would prevent a US attack. Russia might claim to have, but the last ~4 years have made a lie of that.

Blatant and opportunistic self-promotion incoming...
Five years ago today it seemed that the golden age of naval idiocy had disappeared forever.
That was before the Venezuelan patrol vessel Naiguatá managed to recapture some of this spirit by fighting - at least at that point - the dumbest action of the 21st century.

Well its not as if Venezuela can realistically retaliate, so he's probably literally correct. Obviously there might well be some amount of not strictly military fallout in both Venezuela and the US, though.
