Does it only use 5V and GND on the Pi header? Can you add more headers like sensors?

MediumFast hat keine geringere Sendeleistung. MediumFast kann genauso gut bis zum Horizont und weiter senden. Nur durch die höhere Bandbreite (kleinerer Spread Faktor) ist es fehleranfälliger und ggf. auf lange Strecken schlechter zu "verstehen" und leichter durch Noise manipuliert zu werden.

Guter Artikel, zwei Anmerkungen:

Berlin LongFast ist im großen und ganzen tot. Die Meshmap, die du verlinkst hört auf MQTT und die kann nicht unterscheiden zwischen den Presets. Die meisten Nodes auf der Karte sind MediumFast, vergleiche potatomesh.net was kein MQTT nutzt sondern direkte Signale.
