Visa was the most, let’s say, pleasant experience as they obviously know the problem and just keep talking about emails, which gave me more air time as I was able to rant about how badly these people are treating their call center employees; not okay

This is so cool! A little kit encountering bizarre, literally otherworldly creatures, many of which I’m sure looked like nightmares, and they nonverbally teach her to make things. I love that.
