I don't know what happened to the new york times I mean, most of the people working there are now women, you would think they would be sympathetic to what was essentially a woman protest movement.

The crowds are shouting death to the dictator. not we need a more stable currency. Economics was part of it, but the brutality of the government is most of it.

He is right whoever he is. The shah never should have been driven from power.He was much more benevolent than the muslim clerics of iran. They slaughtered tens of thousands of men, women and children.
