I had a go at fencing as an adult – a local FE college was offering a 10-week class so a bunch of the girls from the lab went along. Despite me not having much fitness, it was still a fantastic thing to do, we had so much fun. I wonder if 30-years-older me could still score a few hits.🤔

It is! When I was a chorister many many years ago, I think organ scholars used to slip the odd famous tune in the music they played at the end of the service. I'll have to ask my little brother if he remembers that...

Arguably Celtic ought to be confined to linguistics. The Celtic 'fringe' countries never used to term, until antiquarians re-discovered the cultures & languages in 18th/19th centuries. While such general terms can be useful shorthand, I am sure lots of experts prefer other ways to describe them!
