As newer 3year resident of the greater GR area, I really enjoy it.
Has plenty of big city type stuff, but enough small town feel in and around. Short drive to country, or mega-cities.
Housing is getting tough, but where isn't it?
Plenty of varied job options.
Winters are fairly mild....ish
