what happens now, only time will tell. for now we must gear up to prevent One nation and Pauline Hanson from using this to their advantage and radicalisation. I've seen it on twitter they are claiming they're "leading the push against it" when the greens are also doing so.

100% the biggest issue is the idea of digital id (Which it is not the government has clarified it.)
but an interesting point is One nation party (far right cunts) and the greens (Lefter than our left party) both said no. which the greens is our 3rd biggest party and ON is a joke.

This has passed, what is next is unknown, BUT i need to stress to my fellow aussies, LnP will not remove it. They supported it. if you want it removed, independents or greens are the best shot.

i doubt, it'll be full legal name, the government has stressed they aren't taking privacy, how? idk, but i want to sress one important thing. this isn't just albos fault. Dutton and his band of death eaters, supported it. so removing ALP will do nothing to get it removed. greens or independents.

Australian here: this is controversial as it is vague among other things. a lot of us support it and a lot don't we'll have to see what happens in the future but it has passed, with bipartisan support, so we'll see what happens.
