I’m disabled so walking for a long time is a struggle.
Starting out I was only able to walk for about 5 mins at a time, but I made it to 10 in one go today! Next step is 15!
I wanna get so good at walking that I can go for an hour without taking a break!… but that won’t be for a while I think 😅
