When you've been running and judging for jams for nearly a decade, you learn to either optimize your workflow, or get real comfortable with bulk downloading.

I showed a few curious jammers the output of the python I used to capture, catalog and verify all of the #Spooktober2025 submissions.

So I did the 1st playtest for A Serene Trip last weekend. The most important takeaway from it was that players didn't understand the skill checks, a vital mechanics (literally, since if you fail you may die). So it's back to the drawing table to improve the HUD and the tutorial!
