Our sector has experienced casualisation, wage theft, & mass job cuts.

@nteunion.bsky.social, especially @alisonbarnes.bsky.social, have been great at going after the root cause - the leadership & governance crisis in higher ed.

The psychological distress across #ANU while Renew ANU has been underway has been enormous. @nteunion.bsky.social has been working with members to prevent the most serious outcomes.

It shouldn't have to come to this for the ANU to provide a safe workplace.

ANU received a report on this last Thursday, but there was not adequate action.

This is a last resort to prevent a worst-case scenario. Renew ANU continues to harm.
