So what do I do with the photo of my mother on my phone that I took on Thanksgiving, her last day of happiness and optimism? Sigh. Can’t really look at it right now. Maybe one day next year.

There was a tiny bit of good news regarding AaN authors in the "Mmeory" anthology today. I'll post more as it develops. But, in all the other enormous and sad things going on privately in my life, this was a nice thing.

Thank you to those who supported the GoFundMe page. Things have changed very rapidly this morning & my mother will be receiving hospice care due to news received. I have deleted the fundraiser & have set in process refunding all donors. If any money does come through I will return it personally.
