The answer is more depressing then the options you present. ICE now has a budget larger than all other federal law enforcement combined, and they are focusing a lot on recruitment. As for the stations, there's no required about it. Trump is great for ratings so why not give prefered rates to him?

I'm sure you appreciated the Mugato being the War College's mascot then. It was thematically appropriate and gave a shorthand to fans for describing the attitude and toughness of the War College. Plus it smartly gave a way of bringing back the ape suit while giving it an excuse to be an ape suit
