Nice statement. It amounts to nothing. No action comes from hand wringing. Pointless, hollow.... You failed to grow a grass roots Democratic legacy and in that vaccume fascists, racists and authoritarians flourished. You are If you won't lead with action, follow those who act. Too refined for that?

Too late. The system cannot be restored to what it was.... Congress will have to be remade along with the rest.... All we can hope is that some of them will fight with us rather than dig in their heels and protect the power structure at all costs, as they have so far.
