Someone said to delete X, but as long as Barak Obama follows me I can’t do it. I don’t want to @ him on here it case it was an accident and it prompts him to unfollow me and that will ruin the rest of my year. But just in case, this screen shot exists for when I tell my, “I remember when” stories.

Ruth Ben-Ghiat is right. We (collective) have been enabling his behavior. We are allowing it because we are afraid of the ramifications of true limit setting. As they say in the 12 Steps, “You can wait to hit bottom, or you can raise the bottom to meet you.”

Oklahoma is abolishing the department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse and transferring the power to the Department of Corrections. I hope we understand what a terrible idea this is. I don’t even understand the logic behind it.
