As someone who has had an order lost from you before, this review is such B.S. You did everything you could to get me a new order out ASAP.
You can't control shipping companies and whenever people order anything online it's a risk you take. Things get lost, damaged, or misshipped all the time.

I've owned it for multiple systems. It is simple and complex at the same time. It is by far the best of the Mana games. The stories are well told, the art is brilliant, the crafting system is epic, the pet taming is fun. The only lacking aspect is picking up your drops while stuck in combat walk.
