My tech experience is primarily in docs and front-end, but I also have a background in healthcare if that sparks any ideas.

I'm genuinely flexible on roles right now, so any leads are appreciated

No one can tell me that AI has improved the support experience.

Trying to talk to the bot doesn't help you and to get to a human you have to talk to a bot!!!!!! Why are we relying on this!!!!!!!!!

Been a bit quiet lately. Since my March layoff, I've been focused on finding my next role and not getting rusty.

Honestly, this job hunt sucks. My bank account is running on fumes, and I'm honestly starting to lose hope and feel incredibly demoralized.
