ADHD fam: does anyone have tips for doing a budget? It’s the type of thing that is almost physically painful to try to focus on; lots of cross referencing, spreadsheets, dependencies..I feel my brain side questing before I even start.

Years ago, walking around an LA on a sweltering October day, there was a guy in full Halloween costume, head and all, dancing slowly & shaking a sign for Spirit.
“You doing ok?” I asked.
With deep resignation and sadness he said: “It’s a job [dance dance] ..They pay me”.
I think about him a lot.

One of the worst things about being (really) bad with names, is there are people I would love to talk to again but I can’t figure out how to find them. I can vividly recall times spent together and even conversations, but I can’t find them in my phone :(

Jet lag first day: can trick myself into thinking it’s kind of fun. Got up
At 5, waffles at the diner at 6, gym at 7.
Jet lag day 2: up at 3 am. I cannot muster the delusions to pretend this is anything but a hellscape.

I’m making these little tomato patches out of scrap wool. I am deciding between arranging them like on a vine, or randomly. Originally I thought vine, but I’m not sure I like how the stem will just have to stop somewhere.
