My depression’s really been kicking into overdrive these past few days. Don’t like feeling this way

I’m not doing well. I haven’t been handling this well and am pretty actively scared of what’s to come. I’ve had a lot of really dark thoughts, far more than usual, which is extremely unpleasant.
