Schedule Update:
I've been completely off my posted schedule for months mainly because I'm trying to figure out my sleep schedule.
I'm pretty sure my awake period is around 20-24 hours in my circadian rhythm.
Then I sleep for 10 ish hours, & it takes me 3-4 hours to wake up

Don't clench your fist - just curl the fingers.
This prevents you from catching your nails on things as your pass by, bc your nails are now inside your hand.
If you do bump your hand usually it flattens the fingers into the hand, leaving the nail parallel to your palm.
