Yes! Ahhh the show made it seem like Hawks kidnapped him or took him out when he was just about to get back to work, to show allegiance to Villain Rengo. They didn't show exactly what happened, but I presume a big old many layered play from Hawks.

I wanted to add a photo of her with the one dog she ever loved, my parents' boxer Krutt. He was so patient with her puppy nonsense. 🥹

This time, it was on Kaylee's "turf", so I was wondering if she might get resource protect-y. She did, a little, but only because the puppy got zoomies and started jumping up to mouth at her ears. After the initual greeting, Kaylee even went and picked up her favourite toy to ask for play with it!

Since then, I've encountered some of these dogs more times, and it's been positive every time. Today, the puppy and owner was near my apt balcony while my dog was looking over the railing, and Kaylee barked at them. I came out and asked if they wanted to have a meeting, and again, so good. +

I've ever seen her do that before, a play bow, except to her long deceased guardian brother, the only dog she ever loved. Every other dog, she usually want to be left alone very quickly, at BEST she's tolerated them being in her proximity.

Here tho, she seemed to be happy about meeting the dogs. +

Well, it worked. My old girl Kaylee played with the puppy, there was some resource protection from the puppy that Kaylee ignored, and I saw my dog do a play bow and yip yip to the puppy, encouraging it to play! I don't think +

I was hollared down while walking by a park. A group of four ladies with their small dogs, one a curly golden puppy, asked me what breed mine was, and I cautiously said cockapoo and that I didn't know if she'd be okay saying hi. They were very encouraging - turns out the puppy was also a cockapoo+

I have a silly dog, who often feel a little unsure about other dogs. She's old, and after years of trying to socialise her, I finally just decided to let her be weird about other dogs, and tend to avoid them. She'll bark and get nervously excited and whining when we pass dogs. But, a week ago, +

Went for a walk this evening and saw Octobers Harvest supermoon rise. I also heard a tawny owl calling and a couple of bats illuminated by the sunset. Happy Chuseok 😊
