Bonding over their love of architecture I see

I have seen it once out of many hours upon hours of scrolling for the past year. When I did see it a month or so ago, the comment was very much rude and aggressive. It was a reply to a random post so I don't have it.

These tricks apply to general sleep too, just add the requirement of sleeping at the same time every night, and waking up at a time where you feel well-rested. Consistency wins above all else. Now I don't need naps (they actually cause me more harm than good) nor do I need an alarm.
