Oh another fun part. This absolutely will be used to criminalize LGBT expression with federal charges. It applies to all media. This bill endangers fan artists, AO3, cosplayers, pin up artists, adult entertainers, dancers–EVERYONE LOSES HERE.

Bills that ban porn DO NOT get rid of porn. Porn, like abortions, moves underground, and any industry health/safety regulations put in place disappear. Women in sex work suffer, and a purposefully vague definition of what constitutes porn will be used to ban queer literature. This is Christocracy bs

I have been on bluesky exactly two seconds and I can already see the bullshit that made me leave twitter happening on here too. I am at the very least glad I can control what I see.
