I was excited to have a gorgeous day and a chance to set up my pole for the first time this year. I spent 2+ months dealing with kidney stones and then our dog developed j big one cancer. It’s been a lot and putting up my pole and working out was too much. Feeling fantastic after today and spinning!

Finally feeling healthy again! I missed being on my pole terribly!💚 I’m out of shape and practice…enjoy the imperfection! 🤪
