Yes and no. The body will naturally do that it takes to release stress if you don't do it yourself. Crying is a good example of that. It's a biological response to stress.

It can be related to adhd if adhd symptoms impact the stress or if the person has trouble self-regulating emotions.

I would message your doctor and let them know. Since you only took 5mg and had those side effects, maybe a non stimulant like Strattera would be better. Or a stimulant w/ less risk of big side effects like Vyvanse. I'm only speaking from experience and education in the mental health field.
