“Beauty will save the world” - Fyodor Dostoevsky
April 6, we read a story of true generosity and beauty from John 12:1-8. Mary, in her gift of anointing oil and the care she showed to Jesus, practiced love in action. Worshippers submitted beauty they experienced to create this "Beauty" word cloud.

"God of today, for so long I have believed the lie that my worth is rooted in my ability to produce. Pull that myth from my brain. Help me to see a new narrative. Help me to trust that I am worthy regardless of what I produce. Amen."

God, we live in a world that is obsessed with money, status, power, and beauty. Extracting myself from those waters is like pulling myself out of quicksand…There is more to life than the world often lets on. Help me to see that more clearly.

“We, just as we are, are enough. That is enough for our existence, and that is enough for God. It doesn’t matter what others think. What matters is that we’re authentic.”

Our Lenten theme, Full to the Brim, is an invitation—into a radically different Lent, into a full life. It’s an invitation to be authentically who you are, to counter scarcity and injustice at every turn, to pour out even more grace wherever it is needed.
