I also use android, and the issues I mentioned are still present and persistent with the creators I watch. It's definitely better than when it was a decade ago, but it still has issues with some accents and dialects of English that when put in the creators hands can be fixed to match their intention

Especially accents and dialects of minority groups like AAVE, some UK accents, accents associated with second language learning, or mixed accents like hers because she's lived in multiple places

I use both, it's definitely an accessibility issue when apps don't give creators the ability to caption themself, since even if you're relying on your phones Auto captions there's going to be errors that the creator was unable to correct and a lot of these AIC can't correctly caption all accents

Also it was so funny I got my copy off thrift books and was surprised to open it and find it was signed making this my first signed book since I bought it before bury our bones in the midnight soil came out
