As a Canadian watching the political system daily for years, the fact that your judicial system is heavily skewed as to whether a judge is conservative or liberal says to me it's about politics over the rule of law.

These companies never wanted DEI in the first place. They certainly jumped when given permission to drop it. They never walked the talk. It was all a lie. Many of us who worked for large corporations knew that.
