My partner works in mental health noted "it's thousands not hundreds"
Currently working with a family where all the children have combinations of ASD/ADHD/High Functioning Autism ++
In the current economy businesses are less likely to hire staff that need oversight or intensive coaching #nzpol

Up to this year in Invercargill all licensed hospitality was owned by the ILT liquor trust which suppressed all hospitality rates there.
Daughter's hourly rate went up $6 an hour by moving from Invercargill to elsewhere

Based on the big lie locally owned "big brand" hardware chain paid staff lower than all other same "big brand" branches anywhere in NZ but still sold everything at the same price as every other "big brand" store in the South Island

When we lived in Southland there were a lot of retail & hospitality jobs that had artificially suppressed wages.

Still reading and enjoying The Courting of Bristol Keats by Mary E. Pearson. I'm also listening to the audiobook of After Story by Larissa Behrendt which I highly recommend, the story and characters are very relatable.

Imagine all the families that could "bloom" with a $10,000.00 survival payment?
I imagine having an extra $1000.00 would look like mana from heaven to most families at this time.
Anyone who buys into this should forget about being soothed and think about getting a moral realignment instead.
