I often get the question what kind of yoga do you teach, but I don't really stick to any one school. I like to keep learning about Indian philosophy/literature and finding ways to make the poses accessible to different folks. Mindful, functional, accessible movement for everyone is the yoga I teach

I've never been there, but I always get so nervous when staff follow me around shops. 😅 Nothing will make me exit faster than staff commenting on everything I look at.

I know! This is why I'm not telling anyone except the locals about the good places anymore. We need our little chill spots.
