I was actually wondering if it'd be cool if I upload the album to streaming services like Spotify? I wouldn't profit off of it, I just think it'd be more convenient than having to share the files from the CD to people. If not, perfectly fine! Let me know what's up whenever you can, and thanks!

Was there any other material besides the self-titled album?

Found it at a record store in Cedar Falls(Metro Records)! They had it for 2 bucks, and I picked it up because the artwork on the CD was just spectacular. The music was absolutely kickass too!! Genuinely one of my favourite bands of all time now.
