Sunday’s run was through the Saratoga Battlefield Historic Park. The Battles of Saratoga saw the first major British surrender to the Continental Army and that surrender influenced the French to start their support of the rebels.

My good friend and running compatriot discovered a lump late last fall that was found to be breast cancer.
Richard is not a weekend runner but a top-notch ultra runner.
