I need to stop letting my friend groups just manipulate me into these stuff, i had an new years resolution this year

Chat i think i messed up 2 days ago, when i said "Let me suck it" something like that (they made me like this) anyway I think i said it too loud that two girls walking past me heard it and now my friend group is mad (or disappointed) in me, (yes i got an second friend group other than my normal gc)
