25+ year a naturist. Happily married to my loving wife. Bare when I can be speedos when I can’t. Trying to get fit and healthy as I get older. Always have bare morning coffee outside and take a cold dip most days.
An hour bare on the indoor bike at a moderate pace, still got me sweating. Quick warm shower and then 2 minutes in the ice tub at 0.3°c, followed by a roll in the slushy snow. It honestly makes your skin tingle but feels amazing. I did attempt a snow angel but some things are better left unseen😆

60 minutes on the indoor bike followed by a dip in the tub. Still lots of ice in it, but it’s not so cold outside today. Give an ice bath a go if you can🥶👍🚲

Another bare hour on the rower followed by a 3 minute dip in the cold tub. A nice 10 minutes in the steam tent to finish off and clear my head felt great. It’s still nice to get bare outside for a while even in winter.
