I don't know why the show still treats Luke as the end all, be all. TG isn't coming back. They should let characters acknowledge he was selfish, destructive, controlling, a bad parent/husband...

She will always be my favorite character because I am a huge Genie Francis fan. I didn't start watching until the 1993 return, but I adore her after seeing all the old stuff and her other non-GH work as well.

From interviews, I think Denise really did act in a motherly way toward Genie on set. She advocated for her to be given a sweet 16 party on set, etc.
