Rep. Keith Self apparently said that it’s the policy of the US to only recognize two genders: male and female. So what’s his problem? Addressing Congresswoman McBride as Ms. McBride is not indicating a third gender. “Ms.” Is a title to refer to females. She’s female. What’s the confusion??
