Wednesday. You can smell Rome burning, but there’s a nice violin somewhere in the evening. Tonight’s dinner:

I roasted pork tenderloin with Ras El Hanot spice, homemade cranberry compote, roasted spiced butternut squash, fresh black beans, and jasmine rice.

Tuesday night dinner: whole family has struggled to recover from illness the last 7-10 days.

So I pulled out Islak Burgers-Turkish wet burgers…w/ homemade buns and mashed potatoes.

I think we feel better already. My recipe was a little different but here's one:
