I’ve decided that this time around I’m going to take better care of myself. Last night I paused the frantic doomscrolling and crawled into bed with tea, toast, and a book at 6pm. Sure, the book portrayed a dark, dystopian future, but it wasn’t OUR dark, dystopian future, so that was refreshing.

I am deeply suspicious of TikTok being up and running this morning. What did they give up in order to make this happen? If TikTok is now just another arm of the Zuckerberg/Musk/Maga network they can keep it. I will happily hang out over here.
