We just spent 3 days in DC - never once felt afraid. Very annoyed on Friday when everything within blocks of the White House were closed - Secret Service everywhere! Saturday and Sunday we were able to see the “People’s House”, but barricades are everywhere and lots of security.

We were just in DC - the Ellipse and the streets around the White House are blocked off by the Secret Service. They said it was because there was a “movement” and they would probably open in an hour or so. We didn’t go back that way, so we don’t know if the opened, but I bet not-this is Tyranny!
