Nope. This seat has been held by a Democrat for 10+ years and the Democrat incumbent ran the last 2 election cycles unapposed.

All you do with this sloppy info is tell people “we got this”.

We don’t.

Don’t listen to this rubbish, get out there and do something.

You need to do some research … The previous rep was a Democrat who won the seat in 2015, he ran unopposed in 2019 AND 2023. This may have been a Trump congressional district, but it has been a solid democrat stronghold for the state for over 10 years 🤷‍♀️

We all need to take the day off and commit to stay at polling places tge entire day, 70,000,000 of us can stop them. Let’s protect the citizens in numbers too big for them to intimidate.

Can this be appealed?

“If you want to get philosophical about it, one idea [we have at the IOC] is that athletes shouldn’t be punished for the actions of governments or the countries where they are from.”

Agree — but then they country shouldn’t send political figures to feature prominently when it is the athletes moment

Typical Daily Mail rubbish. The American athletes emerged to very loud cheers, it was only when the VP of the US was shown on the Jumbotron that the crowd, rightfully so, started to boo.

No, that was a CBC 🇨🇦 announcer.

There were others, but they were sitting in the crowd with others having a good time. The Veep and his wife were isolated so it looked different when they showed them.

Ah … but we saw it on the BBC (and it was noted by the commentator 👍).

It’s not just the Epstein files that the UK is leading the charge on 🙄

Please tell me she was in Bezos ax list this week.

Yes! I thought he was quite generous to call it mixed. When they showed him and his wife in the big screen, everything turned to boos, and then back to applause when they pulled him off the screen 👏👏👏

Even the UK commentator noted the “mixed reaction” 🤓

Requires 38 out of 50 states to approve + 3/4 of each chamber of Congress.

We cancelled Prime in January 2025, it finally expired in August 2025. Since August we have placed 2 orders, spending < £20 total on stuff AND they shipped it FREE without Prime 🤷‍♀️

I am old enough to remember life before Amazon. It isn’t that hard.

Give it a try if you’re able.

Good luck!

In the UK, Amazon Prime costs £8.99 / mo or £95 / yr (= £7.90 / mo). But they only charge £4.50 per shipment. So order 1x or < per mo and save money.

We didn’t quit cold turkey, we weaned ourselves off.

We spend less because we don’t put rubbish in the cart.

Often find cheaper elsewhere
